Excellent positions have arisen for an Anti Social Behaviour Case Worker at a  Local Authority in South West England.

Experience in handling and supervising ASB cases from initial complaint to enforcement action is required.

The main duties involved are:

• Responding to, Managing and investigating complaints of ASB


• Taking witness statements


• Attending Court and evictions


• Dealing with difficult and complex cases of ASB and attending liaison meetings


• Tackling noise nuisance, both residential and commercial

An Enhanced CRB is required for this position.

The Team Supervisor must also have a track record in team management positions.
