An excellent position has arisen for an ASB Officer (Housing) at a South East based Housing Association.

Experience in Anti Social Behaviour case working is required.

Duties of this role will include:

• Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) case management (experience of taking cases from initial complaint through to court)


• Working closely with residents, implementing strategies to prevent Neighbourhood Nuisance whenever possible


• Working closely with partners (local authorities, the Police etc), implementing strategies to prevent Neighbourhood Nuisance whenever possible


• Tracking changes in legislation to ensure the organisation utilise available tools in tackling Anti Social Behaviour

In order to be successful in this vacancy it is desirable that you have previous experience in Anti Social Behaviour case work within social housing.
