An excellent position has arisen for an Anti Social Behaviour/Nuisance Prevention Officers at a South East Based Housing Association.
Experience in handling ASB cases from initial complaint to enforcement action is required.
The main duties involved are:
• Managing and investigating complaints of ASB
• Taking witness statements
• Attending Court and evictions
• Dealing with difficult and complex cases of ASB and attending liaison meetings
You will also liaise with senior management regarding progress of ongoing cases.
An enhanced CRB is required for this position. A drivers license and transport would also be needed for tenant and court visits.
