First Response, ASB Officer

An excellent position has arisen for a First Response Officer (anti social behaviour, nuisance prevention) for a South West based Housing Association. Experience in within housing management and anti social behaviour cases is required.

Duties of this role will include:

• Handling ASB complaints and taking appropriate action (early resolution) before passing on to senior ASB/Nuisance prevention specialists

• Taking a proactive approach to Nuisance prevention, Anti Social Behavour

• Providing support and customer service to tenants; put in place appropriate action plans for tenant complaints

A standard CRB is required for this position. A drivers license and car would also be required for tenant visits. This is a wonderful opportunity to advance your career within Housing and Anti Social Behaviour investigation.
