Our client, a large Housing Association in the Midlands, are currently seeking a Housing Officer. Experience in Housing, Neighbourhood/Estate Management and ASB is required.

Duties of this role will include:

• Support current tenants and welcome new tenants

• Advising and Explaining tenancy agreements

• Estate management; handling maintenance and repairs

• Proactively encouraging tenant participation in recreational and community engagement activities

• Handling ASB complaints and taking appropriate action (through to court if necessary)

• Income recovery, rent arrears In order to be successful in this position it is desirable that you have previous experience within Social Housing environments. Housing and ASB qualifications would also be advantageous.
